1. Store operator and contact

MZNI sells clothing through mzniworld.com. Business correspondence address: Wouwerstraat 5, 2620 Hemiksem, Belgium. Contact: mail@mzniworld.com.

2. Products

Product information, material details, size options and pricing are displayed on individual product pages. Images aim to represent the garments faithfully, but screen settings may affect colour appearance. Some garments may be prepared or produced after ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros unless otherwise shown. Applicable taxes, delivery fees and the full amount payable are displayed before checkout is completed. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed by email. If an item becomes unavailable, there is a clear pricing error, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations, charges and delivery information are described on our Shipping & Returns page. If no alternative delivery deadline has been agreed, applicable consumer legislation requires delivery within 30 days.

6. Returns and statutory rights

We offer a 30-day return request window for standard non-personalised clothing, subject to the terms described in our Returns & Refunds page. EU consumers retain their applicable statutory 14-day withdrawal right and statutory guarantee of conformity. Voluntary return conditions do not remove those protections.

7. Complaints and non-conforming products

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, email mail@mzniworld.com with your order details. We will provide a remedy in accordance with mandatory consumer rights, including the applicable legal guarantee.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

MZNI designs, imagery, text and logos may be protected by intellectual-property law. Do not interfere with the security or operation of the website or use our content in a way that infringes third-party rights.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms, without restricting any mandatory consumer protection under the law of the consumer's habitual residence. These terms may change for future orders; orders already placed remain subject to the applicable terms at purchase.
