30-day returns

For standard, non-personalised clothing, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For voluntary returns beyond your statutory withdrawal period, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with proof of purchase. Email mail@mzniworld.com with your order number. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please contact us before posting a return.

EU right of withdrawal

For eligible orders, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Notify us by email or by using the model form below. You must return the item within 14 days after notifying us. You may examine it as you would in a shop, but you may be responsible for diminished value caused by excessive handling.

Who pays return postage?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise. If the order is defective, incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us and we will provide a solution consistent with applicable consumer law.

Refunds

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence they have been sent back. Extra charges for premium delivery are not refundable when standard delivery was offered. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Personalised items

Goods made to an individual's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where allowed by law. Standard-design MZNI clothes printed after an order is placed are not automatically personalised solely because they are made on demand.

A clear email stating your decision is also sufficient. Your statutory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
