We want every MZNI order to arrive safely, with clear information before you check out.

Processing and delivery

Some items may be prepared or produced after ordering. Timing varies by product, destination and carrier. Available delivery destinations, shipping costs and any stated estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. If no different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment details are shared after dispatch. Allow time for the carrier to update the information.

Returns

For standard, non-personalised clothing, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Our voluntary return option requires items beyond the statutory withdrawal period to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. For EU consumers, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies from delivery, without needing a reason. This right is not reduced by our voluntary policy.

Return costs and refunds

For a change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays direct return postage when law permits and this is disclosed before ordering. If an item is incorrect, defective or arrives damaged, contact us and we will arrange a remedy consistent with your legal rights. For a valid EU statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the product price and original standard delivery costs within 14 days of notification, although we may wait for the returned goods or evidence of return.

Personalised items

Items genuinely made to an individual's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory withdrawal right. A standard printed design produced only after ordering does not automatically qualify for this exception.

Returns and delivery questions

Email mail@mzniworld.com with your order number. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
